The Doctrine and Covenants
Behold, I have manifested unto you, by my Spirit in many instances, that the things which you have written are true; wherefore you know that they are true.

A book of life that is filled with the spirit of the lord that causes men’s bones to quake that is written by a man whose covering is for righteousness; that establishes all inheritances (holding the scepter of righteousness; therefore he decides who goes into heaven) that is the Holy Ghost that none can deny. And that is why the Holy Ghost is the Terror of the Lord (because none can annul) even those that deny Christ gain some level and degree of glory (Peter denied Christ 3 times), but those that deny the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven. That is why the Lord is terrified of the Holy Ghost because his forgiveness is swallowed up and of null consequence if one should cross the Holy Ghost as an enemy of God and Christ.
