There are levels of glory, and within those kingdoms even there are levels of flesh; not because of birth or station as done with earthly kingdoms: but countenance and celestial glory, varying degrees until reached at the epicenter of being like Christ. He is the figure head and directly below that. Or rather if it were a star he would be the center of that celestial body and those closest to him (just like him, minus the need to die on the cross) are of the firstborn (firstfruits of heaven; those just like Christ in principality) church. This church is the highest in the celestial kingdom. Chosen because of worthiness, they trained themselves and aligned themselves with like minded virtuous beings (virtue cleave the unto virtue; http://ldsscrip.aem.church/dc-testament-dc-88-40/) that is how they had proven themselves. This “earthly education” those beings had proven they still hold onto everything they cherish at their father’s throne, and sought out the higher spiritual things, wherever they could find, even while very difficult a task in the flesh. Proving they would always serve God, even in the most perilous of times.
