The earth has been baptized by water (the flood with Noah/Gabriel the angel). I think the example that God knows what happens to the scope of a baby sparrow falling off a tree isn’t showing his power but the limitations he sets on himself; he is not concerned as much with the creepy crawling things and life smaller than baby sparrows. Soon the Earth has need to be baptized by fire, and the Holy Ghost; all life shall know what is meant to be as Gods.
